Agreement

By using luminasouls.xyz (the "Site"), operated by Lumina Souls, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract where you live.

Your account

Keep your login details secure and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse quests, referrals or the waitlist, use bots or multiple accounts, or break these terms.

Quests, points and whitelist

Points, ranks, OG/WL status and raffle spots are community rewards with no cash value. They are not transferable and may be adjusted or removed if we detect abuse. We may change or end quests at any time.

NFTs and blockchain

Lumina Souls NFTs are digital collectibles minted on a public blockchain through third-party platforms (such as OpenSea). Transactions are final and are governed by those platforms and the smart contract. You are responsible for your wallet, keys and any network fees.

Nothing on the Site is financial, investment or legal advice. NFT and token values can go to zero. Roadmap items are plans, not promises.

Acceptable use

Do not attack, scrape, overload or interfere with the Site, impersonate others, or upload unlawful or offensive content (including profile pictures).

Intellectual property

The Lumina Souls name, artwork and Site content belong to Lumina Souls or its licensors, except rights expressly granted to NFT holders.

Disclaimer and liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, Lumina Souls is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by blockchains, wallets or third-party services.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated terms.
